This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the Sell, Stay, or Modify tool, visit this website, or contact us by phone, text, or email, and how we use and protect it.

Information You Give Us

When you use the calculator or submit a form, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, and property address. You may also enter financial details about your home and loan, such as estimated home value, mortgage balance, interest rate, monthly payment, how many payments you are behind, and loan type. You choose what to enter. We use this information to show your results and to help you with your options.

Address Suggestions

When you type in the address box, the text you type is sent to Google to provide address suggestions. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Information Collected Automatically

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at this site.

Advertising and Analytics

We advertise online and use tools from Google to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. We may record or monitor calls for quality, training, and recordkeeping. If you do not want a call recorded, tell us at the start of the call.

If you ask us to email your results, we use your email address to send them and to follow up about your inquiry. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Your California Privacy Rights
